Analytical Chemist – Healios Labs
Healios Labs is seeking an Analytical Chemist with experience in analytical and bioanalytical method development and validation, with strong emphasis on LC/MS/MS.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and validate analytical and bioanalytical methods
- Perform analysis using LC/MS/MS, HPLC, GC, LC-MS, and related techniques
- Support characterization, stability, and development studies
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams
- Assist with method troubleshooting, transfer, and documentation
What We’re Looking For
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field
- Hands-on experience with LC/MS/MS
- Strong background in method development and validation
- Experience with IVPT studies is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Formulation Scientist (1–3 Years Experience) – Healios Labs
Healios Labs is a specialty contract research and development company focused on niche generic and branded drug product development across multiple dosage forms. We are seeking a Formulation Scientist to join our growing team in Skillman, NJ.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and optimize pharmaceutical formulations
- Perform physicochemical characterization (viscosity, rheology, particle size, etc.)
- Support in vitro and in vivo bioequivalence programs
- Assist with formulation development and stability studies
- Collaborate on technical documentation and project execution
- Contribute to development strategies and commercialization
What We’re Looking For
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field
- 1–3 years of formulation development experience
- Experience with physicochemical characterization techniques
- Exposure to BE, IVRT/IVPT, or PK studies preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced R&D environment
Preferred Background
- Experience in topical, transdermal, ophthalmic, injectable, or oral liquid dosage forms
- Familiarity with QbD, reverse engineering, or tech transfer
- Knowledge of FDA development expectations
